As a child, Jamie has always loved being active. As a coach, Jamie tells her clients they’re in complete control of their fitness journey. Even if there are days where they slip up on their exercises or eating habits, she wants them to know that it’s fine and for them not to give up. In fitness, Jamie believes not to expect drastic changes or aim for short-term goals and like most things in life, consistency is key in fitness and health – it doesn’t matter if you do just a little or a lot, what is crucial is to keep at it. And over time, results are sure to come.
